What qualifies as a report?

💻 Tip screen appeared during checkout (counter, kiosk, or tablet)

😬 Staff verbally asked for or implied a tip was expected

🧾 Tip line printed on the receipt with suggested amounts

📋 "Suggested gratuity" added automatically to the bill

❌ Restaurant no longer exists or has permanently closed

🔁 Listing information is incorrect or outdated
